BIOMIC V3 is the authorized reader of Liofilchem® (Italy) microbiology products including MIC Test Strips, ID Systems, Antibiotic Disks, ComASP and Agar Dilution Panels.
An enlarged plate image with the MIC Test Strip(s) and MIC value is displayed and confirmed on-screen by the user. Automated code recognition confirms the correct strips are placed and interpreted on the plate. A combination of strips and disks may be read on 90mm or 150mm plates. Test results and images are saved automatically and can be printed or sent via LIS/LIMS.
