WHONET

BIOMIC V3 antibiotic susceptibility test results may be exported to a file opened in WHONET version 5.0 or later. WHONET data export options include:

1. Test Date Range
2. Country
3. Laboratory Identification (3 letters)
4. Confidential Format (patient ID and name will not be exported) 

A complete list of WHONET codes for antibiotics, organisms, locations, and specimen types may be reviewed and changed to conform with your data format.
