After inserting a plate into the TRINITY V3 drawer, a color digital image on-screen is analyzed instantly with zone diameters displayed. The user reviews and confirms zone sizes. Threshold and sensitivity settings allow for precise consistent reading of difficult plates. After all plates are read, calculations are displayed. All plate images may be saved and archived for future review.
TRINITY V3 layout of samples on the plates and number of plates per set follows the JP method. Testing can be incorporated into the laboratory routine without altering current manual methods, materials, organisms, and plate sample layout pattern. The user may adjust plate layout options.
Test results can be printed, saved, and exported. All calculated values are displayed on-screen.
